Orders within Lebanon are normally delivered within approximately 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, weather, security conditions, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside Dermel's reasonable control.

International delivery schedules and costs are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination, courier and shipment requirements.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been used, opened or otherwise consumed cannot be returned merely because the customer has changed their mind.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a product that is:

Customers ordering outside Lebanon are responsible for ensuring that products ordered may legally be imported, possessed and used in their destination country.

Customs authorities may inspect or delay international shipments.

Any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded by contract.
